Mark Twain once said, "the only way to keep your health is to eat what you don't want, drink what you don't like, and do what you'd rather not."

I love food, I love drinking, and I don't like to exercise much. I'm not fat, but I'm also not skinny. I'm not unhealthy, I actually eat mostly health food, I just can't seem to weigh less than 160lbs. Sometimes I wish I was skinnier, but overall I'm proud of what I've got and I'm going to flaunt it.
